Guidelines for Submission of Scientific and Theoretical Works

The article must be written independently by the author, have reliable data on the investigation, contain specific analytical data on the process and results of the study.

The work must also meet requirements for formatting of scientific and theoretical articles.

The publication is free of charge.

Article Submission Guidelines

  1. The text shall be sent as a separate file with the following name: Full name of the author (article) (city).
  2. The article must be performed using a computer on an A4 sheet (210 x 297 mm); it must be single-spaced and use 14 pt font. Page margins: left: 25 mm, right: 25 mm, top: 20 mm, bottom: 25 mm. First line indentation must be the same throughout the text and be equal to 0.5 cm. The font must be Times New Roman.
  3. Underline, italic, bold italic, or bold type and words in capital letters in the text are not permitted. Article volume should be between 8 and 15 pages.
  4. All article pages, including images and attachments shall be numbered in sequence with no omissions or recurrences.
  5. Bibliographic references within the text shall be in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 7.0.5.
  6. Examples of bibliographic references are given in the attachment (see below).
  7. References shall be in square brackets and come after a quote to the relevant work and shall contain its number, and in case of quoting — a page.

For example, the reference when quoting:
According to V. A. Slastenin, "the teacher's professionalism is that the teacher knows the art of preparing students for productive problem solving in the subsequent system by means of their subject within the academic time" [1, p. 48].

  1. A bibliography list must be at the end of each article.

The text of the article should be preceded by the following information: UDC(Universal Decimal Classification), article title, the author's surname, name, patronymics, abstract (100—150 words), key words (8—12 words), bibliography list; the underlined items should be duplicated in English.

  1. Supporting material can include images, photographs, maps, music notes, graphs, drawings, diagrams, charts, and other similar material.
  2. Supporting materials used in the article shall be placed below the text, referring to such material for the first time, or on the next page; if necessary, they can be attached to the article.
  3. Non-standard attachment sizes which correspond to A4 size when folded are allowed.
  4. Supporting materials shall be numbered in Arabic numerals (continuous numbering throughout the article or within a chapter (section)).
  5. All supporting materials should be referred to in the article text. References must include the word "picture" and its number.
  6. Supporting materials shall be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2.105.
  7. Tables used in the article, shall be placed below the text, referring to such table for the first time, or on the next page; if necessary, they can be attached to the article.
  8. Tables shall be numbered in Arabic numerals (continuous numbering throughout the article or within a chapter (section)).
  9. All tables should be referred to in the article text. Tables must include the word "table" and its number.
  10. The list of tables shall be specified in the list of supporting materials. Tables shall be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2.105.
  11. When using symbols in formulas, use the characters established in the relevant national standards.
  12. Explanation of symbols must be given in the text or directly under the formula.
  13. Formulas in the article shall be numbered in Arabic numerals (continuous numbering throughout the article or within a chapter (section)).
  14. The number must be in parentheses and be written at the same level as the formula, on its right. Formulas shall be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2.105.

Bibliography List

  1. Bibliography should include bibliographic references to the documents used by the author of the article.
  2. Only systematic (from the first mentioning in the text to the last) way of grouping is permitted for bibliographic records.
  3. In case of systematic (thematic) grouping of the material, bibliographic records should be in a certain logical sequence in accordance with the accepted classification system.
  4. The bibliographic records in the reference list shall be in accordance with GOST R 7.05.-2008

Note: the paper version of the article with the application for publication may be a supplement to the email [basic] copy of the documents to mobilize and save time and effort both of the editorial groups and the authors connected with processing of scientific materials.
