Scientific and theoretical periodical Scientific Support of Personnel Development continues the tradition established in 2001. This was the year when the Institute started publishing interuniversity collections of scientific papers Scientific Support of Personnel Development twice a year. There were published 9 collections and over 150 articles.
Since 2011, the collection is published four times a year, and thus matches the standard rules for the inclusion of scientific and theoretical periodicals in the list of collections peer-reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Today, the range of topics of the periodical remains the same. The scientific and theoretical periodical publishes articles that reflect the results of theoretical and applied research on functioning of personnel development system. It is dedicated to the matters of reflection of real practical experience in problem setting and fulfillment within the structure of management assistance to the personnel in development of their willingness for professional activities.
Besides, the periodical materials are relevant and informative within the framework of solutions for consulting interactions between the general, vocational and continuing professional education, modernization of contents, forms and methods of personnel development, quality management of attendees training within the system of continuing professional education.
The authors of the articles are specialists working in general education institutions and institutions of continuing professional education, academic staff of higher educational institutions of various federal subjects of the Russian Federation and neighbouring countries.
The materials can be of help to professionals, researchers and graduate students interested in the matters of personnel development.
